Best tailor I have ever had, for big and small jobs

I came to VALL to get 2 pairs of my designer jeans altered and have the bottoms reattached and I am MORE than pleased with the result & I have brought everything from suits and tuxes to pants and shirts in there to get altered and have always been satisfied by the results.

Destroyed shirts

This tailor has done some good work for me in the past, but recently I dropped off 6 of my best dress shirts to have the sleeves shortened by about half an inch. When I picked the shirts up, they were destroyed. The sleeves stopped half way down my forearm. They are now 3/4 length shirts. Instead of taking responsibility and reimbursing me the cost of the shirts (they were essentially new), they have been trying to haggle and pay me a fraction of what they are worth. It's a shame. They are good with pants, but the way they run their business and how they treat the customer will prevent me from returning or recommending them.

• Cons: Poor customer service, poor ethics, low quality on shirts
