Very Satisfied Client. Recently went to Philip Ciampa for color and cut. My stylist was Allison. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Allison took the time to find out what I wanted and my color results far exceeded my expectations. I have received more complements over the last week than I have ever received. My hair which is usually dry and dull now actually shines. Allison and Philip Ciampa will definitely see me again…

Awful business practice.
I just had my hair cut there last week for the second time. I came away thinking that I'd found a place that I could see myself coming to for a long time. Unfortunately, my mind has been changed in
the worst way. The following day I recieved a phone call from the salon. They called to tell me I'd been undercharded the day before and thus were asking me for my payment information to make up the difference. I was in a huge rush to get to the airport and the woman refused to let it go. She guilted me into making the payment by saying I owe it to the woman who did my hair. Of course after I got off the phone, a million issues came up in my mind. One of which being that my stylist would see none of that money.
I have to tell you I was so astounded and taken aback by this. I felt it was completely inappropriate to be calling a customer at home to remedy a mistake that they had made. I have worked in customer service for many years and would never dream of doing something like that. It is awful business practice and displays a great lack of tact. And for a business that rely's on word of mouth and a consistent client base, they really dropped the ball. I not only will never return, but I will be spreading the word to friends not to go as well. There are plenty of other great salon's who actually have tact and friendly service.…
