Beautiful place!

If you are looking for a beautiful, soothing atmosphere with a highly talented and gracious staff - this is the place! Haven't had a bad or iffy experience yet. Once I had a facialist who was trying to push me to purchase product. I said, "I wanted to pay cash today, so I only brought a certain amount of money with me. Unfortunately, I won't have enough to pay for the service plus additional product." That was the end of that, and I enjoyed the remainder of the facial without the sales pitch to buy product.

Eh. Not my favorite.

The technician I had was too chatty and the room was chilly. She did extractions when I specifically asked her not to, because I know my skin and I know what would happen. Sure enough, the next day, it was way worse.

When you pay a lot of money to have someone rub lotion onto your face, you want something to make it worth it. Unfortunately, this experience left a lot to be desired. I don't want to talk while I lay with a mask on. Nor do I want a sales pitch on products before the facial has even begun. There's better, cheaper, less pretentious places out there. I left there bummed out and thinking that I wouldn't go there again.

My favorite place

I have been a long time client of Bella Sante in Lexington and I finally figured out how to write a review, something I have wanted to do for a long time. The spa has changed for the better over the years since I first visited when it was a very small but comfortable place.

What I like best about it is that the quality of services has improved year to year. Of course, staff has come and gone but they must do great training as the facials and other treatments only get better and include more additions for which I have found other spas charge extra.

I cannot always get my first choice of staff as my schedule does not always synch with theirs but the good news is that the facial is consistently excellent whoever I have had do the treatment. I feel like it is my own personal spa as the staff is wonderful and knows my preferences and needs.

Best Facials Ever!! ! Samantha @ Bella Sante Lexington

Samantha at Bella Sante in Lexington is the greatest Esthetician I have ever been too! I have had many facials but she exceeds all expectations. She is very knowledgeable, makes recommendations without pushing, makes you feel 100% comfortable and relaxed- you can tell she loves what she does!! . I would highly recommend Samantha for your skin care needs.

Best place for spa services

Every nail technician and aesthetician has been so accommodating and willing to make the spa experience a very special one. Having been a client for many years, I have developed a bond with the staff and enjoy every relaxing moment. I usually have a variety of services and look forward to every appointment.
