Misleading and terrible follow up

We took our dog there for a regular check up with bloodwork. They explained to us that if there was any problem, we would be contacted. This is normal procedure with any bloodwork, including heartworm tests.
TWO months after out appointment, they called to see why we hadn't brought our dog in for heartwrom treatment as she had tested positive!!! They claimed they "called and left a message" which was a lie as we would have taken her in immediately. It gets better.....The heartworm treatment is a two stage process and out they recommended that the dog stay at the clinic overnight for the second stage in case she had a reaction. When we discovered that no one is actually THERE all night, we chose to take her home. About 11pm, she DID have a severe reaction and we rushed her to Woburn, where she was treated. She would have died if we would have left her at the clininc with NO supervision.
In the end they offerred NO apologies. Terrible staff and Vets...BEWARE.

Excellent Staff!

I took my dog to the vet for a regular check up and vaccinations. I was surprised by how loving and attentive everyone was to my baby!!! They all fawned over him and were very knowledgable. My dog even felt comfortable with the vet, Dr. Johnston, which was a contrast to how the dog felt about my previous vet!!! The techs and reception staff were wonderful and always greet us by name when we come in the door and are polite on the phone. I reccommend this place to all my friends!
