The best store in Lexington. I love this place the people are great and they always have something new, the have neat sales and the lady Carol at the front is awesome to deal with. I get my meds filled at there drive thru Stephanie is very knowledgable and great to deal with.

Customer service with a vengeance. My third and final time in this store.

Last time I was the next in line at the check-out but the cashier kept trying to send me to the cosmetic counter to be rung up. I didn't want to bother to move, but she was more than insistent. I got to the counter in time to see the cashier take a phone call, leave the register to find an item for the caller and watch the people that had been in line behind me up front leave the store with their purchases.

Yesterday, I was again next in line and the cashier began trying to send me to the cosmetic counter. I declined, but she kept arguing with me all the while the first customer was kept waiting. Another employee joined in with the effort to make me move. Since my repeated refusals were having no effect and the first customer was now being kept waiting, I put the articles on the counter and left the store for the very last time.

Customer service is not supposed to be annoying. I don't want to argue with an employee about my right to wait 30 seconds if I so choose.
