Massage. Recently I had a massage at Aristocracy and it was awful. Easily the worst massage I've ever had and I've had many. First of all, the lady probably in her 50s, though perhaps 40s, had dried hands. The first part where you're lying on your back and she goes underneath and massages your back feels nice. But that's where nice ended. She spent way too much time concentrating on my legs and feet and I don't know how this is possible but it didn't feel nice. They were just all very dull and lifeless rubbing movements. I hate to even call it a massage. But anyway, far into the massage when she could tell I was uncomfortable and getting restless she asked what was wrong and I told her I wanted my upper back massaged. Which by the way I had told her I wanted her to concentrate on before the massage even started. Honestly though, I shouldn't have bothered. What a boring massage. She would rub up to knots and then just kind of breeze over them. Also she was doing this strange thing rocking my body which was also rocking the bed i was on. I don't know if people like that sort of thing, but I'm an adult with real tension in my upper back and I don't need to be rocked, I need to be kneaded until I felt better. When she was done, I got right up. I wasn't in any relaxed state of mind. I wasn't relaxed whatsoever. Just frustrated now with new tension in my back!

In Short, Please don't waste your time or money on a massage at this place as I can't imagine it will leave you anything but disappoinment.

BEST SALON ON THE SOUTH SHORE. I love Aristocracy!!! All of the employees are top notch, they don't hire just ANYONE here!!! They make you feel comfortable and right at "home" by taking your coat and offering you a beverage upon arrival. They also have a private loft for your color application so your not sitting in front of everyone while your head is covered in foils. They offer all the relaxation services you could think of on the 3rd floor, its sooo quiet and cozy up there. They take pride in their work and are going to classes constantly....they've recently added spray tanning and eyelash extensions!!! You walk out of there feeling like a starlet!! A++++

Got a great cut and color here!. This salon is very nice with great people. The service range is awesome. You can get every beauty service under one roof. I was very happy with my recent wax and color. I already made my next appointment.

High class in Plymouth.. After a recent cut and color at Aristocracy, I was very happy with the salon service and atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was brought right to a color station for a consultation. After my consult and color service, they made me very comfortable with the reading selection and choice of beverage. The shampoo after my color included a scalp massage, which was really relaxing. The cut and the styling were fabulous...kudos to Lisa!!! I will be returning.

Very impressed with Aristocracy and the staff!!!. Since living in Plymouth, I've been to so many stylists and salons. Lisa and Amy are the best in the business! My hair always looks great and I get a ton of compliments on the cut and color. Lisa is incredibly creative and is always learning new techniques. She is very knowledgeable about products so she gives me the best tips on the what I need and what I don't. My hair looks natural and is so easy to style. I really love that she is always willing to teach me how to style my hair with no fuss. The shampoo girls give great massages. This diverse and friendly staff is sure to keep me coming back for many cuts and colors to come!!

from out of town. I cey ame from out of town to visit family and friends. My daughter and a few of my girlfriends wanted to have a girls day out. The whole staff were all so great. They had coffee, fruit, and bagels for us when we arrived at 8 am. Julie is still talking about her haircut with Alissa. ( said its the best shes ever had) . we just wanted to thank each and everyone one you. and we look forward to doing it again. Stay away!. First of all, if I felt it was right, I would - but I won't - but the owner of this place is a complete and utter ..... I'm sure you can finish the sentence. The way she treated me like I was below her. And I'm the customer!!! I wasn't happy with my hair and I wanted a refund, she instead, wanted me to come back - and offered me no refund! She's deceptive and I'd stay away!

Don't was your time or your money!. This is the biggest joke of a salon. When I walked in, there wasn't a single person in the place, and the workers were being super lazy. No one was attentive to me whatsoever. If I'm going to spend my money and time at a salon I wanted to be treated with some professionalism. What a disappointment!

Worst salon ever!. What a terrible salon! The owner is by far the reason for the service and probably everything else considered with this place. They are unproffessional, unexperienced, rude and CROOKS. I would never step foot in this place again...

Wonderful Experience. I have been to Aristocracy Salon and Day Spa a couple of times and have always had a good experience. It is not cheap but you do get what you pay for. Other salons I have been to do not have the same atmosphere or level of professionalism that you get at Aristocracy. I highly recommend going or getting a gift certificate for someone. The Day of Beauty Package was a welcome relaxing gift for me.
