Horrible Store and Rude Staff

I ordered a bridesmaids dress from there awhile ago and the transaction was fine and the person that helped me order it was wonderful.

When I came to pick it up they only have one dressing room. It had tons of dresses in there and there wasn't a door, only a curtain for privacy. I tried it on, showed them and we decided I didn't need any alterations. So I went back into the dressing room to change. A bride came in to try on her dress while I was in there and they opened the curtain and kicked me out, I wasn't even fully dressed yet! I was so embarased. I wasn't in there long, I don't take an abnormally long time to get dressed.

I certainly didn't go back there to order my wedding dress when I got married.

Bride N Belle is a wonderful salon that fully supports the troops! Great selection of dresses and I found mine the first one I tried on! The nicest people in the world!

Best Service Around!

I am a new member to citysearch, just so I can write about my experience at Bride-n-Belle in Medford. I visited a few bridal shops prior to my visit to Bride n Belle, and I wasn't having any luck. Whether it was pricing, personality, or even selection, I was not happy until I met with Teresa. I had explained to her, I had a HUGE wedding party that consisted of 2 maid of honor's, 9 bridesmaids, and a flower girl. If you are a bride, you know, that it's not easy and Teresa displayed such personal dedication to me and all my girls! I am getting married in 34 days in counting, and everything at Bride n Belle is done and waiting for pick up. It's truly a great feeling to know, that I was able to have an unbelievable "bridal experience" and Bride-n-Belle made that happen for me. =) I even purchased an after reception dress because I just couldn't resist and the prices are right! Couldn't be happier.....

Great service and selection

it must be tough to be in the bridal business, but the people at bride and belle in medford do a great job. Now that my wedding is over and all the stress is gone I can look back and see who did a good job and who didn't. Bride and Belle did a tremendous job. I purchased my wedding gown there and I could not have been more happy.

sooo happy with this shop

Bride n Belle is the best. I just recently had my wedding and out of all the services (dj, florist, etc..) bride and belle were the only ones who got everything right. They made me and my girls look so beautiful. The workers there were so sweet and did not pressure us. My girlfriend got her gown for her wedding at a different shop and it was a nightmare. Her mother got her gown at bride and belle and she was so happy with them, that I had to try them out. Thank God I did. The owner's name is Theresa and let me tell you girls, this woman is a doll. I have to say that I am a picky person, but when it came to this shop medford, I left as happy as possible. Nothing bad to say. GREAT SHOP, GREAT SERVICE.
