Amazing Authentic Szechuan Chinese.
Chilli Garden is an oasis of authenticity (discounting great local italian specialty shops) in Medford. The have a sprawling menu of szechuan specialties - that all deliver. My personal favorite is their spot on Ma Po Tofu, the best I've had including in New York. I've been told by friends who have travelled extensively within China that it is the best they've seen in the US. The ambiance is fine if a little sterile. Dining in is probably be best left to larger groups or a quiet night out of the house. Takeout and delivery are both expeditious and dependable and the phone clerks have greatly improved their ability to accurately transcribe orders of late.
Do tread lightly if you're sensitive to spice.
