INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM KAY HERSELF!!. I do not know who you came into contact at that store (though I have a fair idea) but I have been buying from Kay for years and she is the sweetest, most wonderful woman, and a very friendly and courteous, and hands-on businesswoman. She will go out of her way to make sure you get what you want, if there is any way she can get it for you. Unfortunately, you cannot rate, or berate, Kay's store based on one bad employee. There is always one somewhere. I say, give Kay a chance, you will not be sorry

Worst Customer Service. I will never step foot in this Hallmark store again...one woman in particular was the rudest person I've ever encountered who worked in a customer service oriented business. Just for her poor attitude and extremely rude tone, I will never purchase anything further from there and will make sure I tell everyone I know never to give this woman any of their hard earned money - it's worth the extra miles to go somewhere else - trust me. I have bought several Vera Bradley bags at this store, and never ever again - I won't even give them a card purchase. Good luck if anyone ever encounters the woman I did - she floored me with her flip attitude, right after Christmas too!
