“You can smell that perfect flavor of the sauce (gravy) and you can tell they use real scamuzza/ mozzarella because of the way it becomes stringy as you bite away from the slice.”
“This is another good place to stop in for pizza if you are in the neighborhood.”
“There can be lines with crowds but the wait has never been horrible and it has always been worth waiting for.”
Employees have major attitude problems. Good pizza if you don't mind paying to be treated like an idiot. The people that work here need major attitude adjustments. I talk from experience, I have been there plenty of times over the years and the attitudes from the employees is always the same - Terrible.
Great Pizza. I always make it a point to come and get some of this great pizza when I am in the area. Everything is great...sauce, cheese, crust. It all comes together.....
Bronx Tale. When I first came to Boston, I was told that the closest you can come to a real New York (Bronx) pizza was at Bianchi's. One taste and I knew this gotta be it. Nice thin crispy crust that drops at the the point. You can smell that perfect flavor of the sauce (gravy) and you can tell they use real scamuzza/ mozzarella because of the way it becomes stringy as you bite away from the slice. Nowdays, I seldom travel to Boston but whenever I do, I have to stop and "get a Bianchi's". Getting pizza from a sidewalk window at the beach adds a little nostalgia. By the way FYI, no matter what the Brooklynites say, they couldn't hold a candle to what was once known as a BRONX PIZZA.
bianchi's equals great pizza. great food, great location... bring back memories of hanging out on the beach eating some pizza.
location location location. Good pizza and fun location ... but it's the combination of the two ... nothing beats it on a summer night ... sit on the wall a the 'more quiet' end of Revere Beach and have your pizza. In the dead of winter when you think you can't take it anymore ... a Bianchi's pizza taken home or even eaten in the car (a bit tricky) quickly brings back memories of summer!
