VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY DELIVERY

I know for one I will be calling someone about there bussiness practises on monday, Richie himself hung up on me twice,I told him I received the wrong mattress and box spring,He told me you signed for it You own it and hung up again. DONT SIGN ANY PAPERS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY FIRST.

I let the delivery people do there job setting up the bed,it was all wrapped in plastic,i let them alone a mistake I know now,anyway,as they made there hurriedly escape out off the house,looking back on it , I went into the bedroom to look at the bed, and noticed it was a different matteress a very cheap matteress, I ran out to the Driver as they were getting ready to pull away in there truck,and said you have delivered me the wrong matteress,and the Driver said call the office tommorrow We will come back and exchange it for You this delivery was at 630 pm.I even tipped them $15 on top of the $10 delivery fee from Richies.all I can say is I will not buy anything from them again,and I am going to make a complaint to the Attorney Generals Office about Them. I was very upset what had happened to Me, but it makes me feel a little better that Others feel the same way I feel about them now.

DONT SIGN ANYTHING IN THE STORE BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY.
