Worse Moving Company EVER

They are only getting a 1 star rating because they wouldn't let me publish this without a star. These people are liars. Do not deliver when they say they will. Hold your furniture hostage until you give them more money. They are rude. They call you a liar when they are the liars. They didn't care that they were late with the delivery, and I don't mean hours, I mean days. They told me at 130 it was on the truck and would be here before 4 (day 2 of not showing up). At 530 I called and they said, no they didn't say that, maybe tomorrow. How does that happen? I said "I want my furniture now" I was told "sorry, nothing I can do about it, that's not going to happen" clearly there is something they can do about it they just chose not to.

I would like to tell you how it ended, but I still don't have any furniture, dishes, food, bed, clothes, etc....

They don't answer the phone, now I know why, they transfer you when they do answer, they disconnect you when they transfer you, don't call you back. We need to put this compnay (and all the other names they use) out of business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Chris F has it dead on - HORRENDOUS. Long story short: They had not yet showed up on moving day, so I started placing phone calls. I was not answered until about 4pm, at which point I was assured they would be there... by 9pm. They did not show up.

The next day, when the drivers did show up (three hours later than scheduled), I could smell weed on them. The manager was unprofessional at best. Acrimonious and rude perhaps best described his approach.

The delivery was then almost a week late. Yes, a week.

I used this company because they were the lowest bid, against several friends warnings (they showed up FIVE DAYS LATE for one of them).

How this place is still in business is beyond me.

Bottom line: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. You're far better off paying more for a more professional group or just doing it yourself.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Worst,most stressful experience of my life. I agree with the rest, the salesmen sing you a pretty song...beware. Not only did they promise delivery when I wanted, they also quoted low until my furniture was loaded.They're scammers...go with a reputable firm. I am going to contact my attorney to see what can be done.Nathan in their office is one of the rudest and unprofessional people I've ever dealt with.I'm not sure who owns this company but I will soon find out. I am contacting every agency that governs this company and filing a complaint to avoid others from going through what they've put my husband and I through. If you're smart, go elsewhere. This company needs to be put out of business...THEY'RE SCAMMERS SO BEWARE.

WORST MOVERS IN THE COUNTRY!!! never trust them!!!

HORRIBLE AT BEST!! LIED FROM THE VERY START , Reservation clerk was pushy pushy, I caved and sent a cashiers check for deposit and the guy never returned one call!! Promises made and broken , many many times, pickup of my goods delayed, I took two days off from work , both times no show... "THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN" B.S. The did other moves ..possibly even padded the weight tickect with someone elses goods, demanded $1400 more when they showed over a week late...I wnated to view my furniture first...nope. Company policy says customer pays first...HERE COMES all the damage...labor'r dropped my antique hutch right in front of me, broke the leg clean off..oh I'm sorry..no insurance visit as promised...HOOD LUMS AT BEST...Called into the office and got blown off my the "boss" more damage found when I opened all my boxes..more broken mirrors, vases, etc etc THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! TOTAL BUMS, THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE AG'S OFFICE!1 ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent move

I just want to express my thanks for the quality and timely move your company did for me on October 23. Three gentlemen showed up in the morning led by Jose. They had come from Medford. They were ready to go, courteous and careful during the entire move process. They came in and scoped out what they had to do and then got to it. They worked hard and quick. Upon getting to Milford, they unpacked the truck and when all was done everything was where it belonged and I did not have to clean up after they left. They took the time to do it right and exceeded my expectations. This is not my first move so I have seen the less proper moves first hand. Again I thank you and Jose and his two partners. Thank you all very much for the quality you delivered- both in moving and the workers involved.
