The Scene
Located in the Radisson Hotel (on the Cambridge side of the Charles River), Bisuteki fills an important role in the local dining scene by providing one of New England's few Teppanyaki-style experiences. For those unfamiliar with Teppanyaki's theatrical, colorful proceedings, diners sit around communal, sizzling open grills, over which lightning-fast chefs chop, cook and entertain (the "shrimp tail behind the back" trick gets 'em every time). Those who choose not to wait for a grill-side seat make do with a place at the sushi bar.
The Food
The grill's straightforward menu of uncomplicated grilled dishes is ideal for children and other fussy eaters.Teppanyaki-style chicken--there's also steak, seafood, and vegetables--consistently satisfies. All meals come with a straight-from-the-grill shrimp appetizer, simple garden salad, and bland ginger soup. Grab a freshly prepared California roll from the sushi bar while your chef waits for the grill to heat up.

The Bisuteki is actually closed for renovations right now. When the hotel went under to change from a Radisson to a Courtyard by Marriott the Bisuteki closed down too and has yet to reopen. It may open in the future but right now its doors are sealed.

It is my favorite restaurant. It has got great food. They cook right in front of you and they have got great tricks that they do to keep interested. It is alway fun to go there for dinner. They have got a good assortment of different types of food like steak, shrimp, chicken and sushi which is great. It is nice that you can look out at the Charles river.
