Best Tanning in Nashville. No, this tanning salon is not also a video store/laundry mat. No, this tanning salon does not require you to stand in line, to be "up-sold" everytime you come in, and doesn't make you feel like you need to clean your bed before you lie down. It is super clean, friendly and you feel good when you leave.
