We have no idea who wrote that, but we've never had a job drag out like that. If a home warranty company was involved as stated, we are at the mercy of the warranty company waiting for them to ship equipment or parts. If we knew who had this issue (or perhaps this was written by a competitor and is totally fabricated) the owner, David Chilton, would like to find out what really happened. We are a small company with 5 technicians and an office manager, but we are by no means unprofessional, unskilled, or ill-equipped. Other websites such as HomeAdvisor (ServiceMagic) has many positive remarks about our service. Every single job we do and every customer is important to us. It is unfortunate that whoever wrote this about us feels that way.

Never finished the job. I was referred to this company through my home warranty company to fix a broken A/C unit. After 5 months of waiting on Pro N Stall to "find parts that were on backorder," I finally called the home warranty company to find out why we couldn't resolve the issue. They said it would be fine to replace the unit if Pro N Stall said that's what we needed to do. In the end, Pro N Stall requested a transfer of my work order to another company. They don't have the organization, the expertise, or the professionalism to complete jobs. In the meantime, they wasted a LOT of my time. Stay away!!
