I loved the beds, soooo comfy. Good in between point, freeway close and after driving over 12 hours from Alvin, Texas, the stop was good. I love New Mexico, so staying here was nice. The bathroom was a little small, but hey, the pool was clean and so was the room. The internet was not working so good that night, but again, sleep was more important. I would stay here again for sure.
Ive stayed here numerous times and for a little money ($60 a night) I got a nice room with an awesome TV, great WIFI, and super comfortable beds. Ive read some of the reviews on here and cannot believe they are talking about the same place!
There were four of us that stayed here in October and had a comfortable stay. The staff at check-in was very friendly (Cruz) and the manager, we did not get her name. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were good and we had 4 pillows. The bathrooms were nice and clean. We were on the bottom floor that was close to the pool. All in all, we all had a great stay.
We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suits
during our visit to the White Sands NM. The hotel is spectacular. We have arrived late in the evening and at first, the surroundings did not look inviting. Once we have turned into the parking area we felt we have found an oasis. The courtyard was neat and beautifully landscaped. The pool area was well lit and nicely located. In the lobby, we instantly felt welcomed. Juan at the desk was exceptionally nice - great personality and a wonderful demeanor. Our room was excellent - spacious bathroom and vanity, working appliances, 2 tables. One of our lights in the room did not work. Juan was at our door literally within seconds after our call. He took care of the problem in no time. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. We had the best night rest during our 12-day trip.
Breakfast area was very clean and food was wonderful - fruits, yogurt, eggs, waffles, etc. Great coffee! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Cruces, NM.
We had a good experience at this hotel. We were weary from many hours on the road since the early morning. The staff was efficient, we received our ground-level room as we requested, the beds were comfy, and the room clean. Couldn't have ask for more. We got a restorative night's sleep and headed out refreshed.
We found this hotel to be very adequate for a quick overnight stay. The rooms were clean. We had good luck with the staff and found many restaurant options close by,
I stayed at this hotel back in 2009 and loved it and now I stayed there for two nights in July of 2012 and still loved it. I have no major complaints. The room was clean, the tv worked, the fridge was huge. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. If you're getting breakfast there, eat early because later on it all seemed to picked over. And, as others have mentioned, the train tracks are nearby so the train can be kind of loud when it goes through at night, but it wasn't a problem for me. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the AC worked perfectly for the summer so sleeping in the room was comfortable. If I'm ever in Cruces again I will stay here for sure! For the price I paid, it was worth it.
For more than 50 years, this hotel's familiar green sign has signaled budget-friendly lodging for families and business travelers..
