The meat just keeps coming at this Brazilian churrascaria steakhouse..
In Short
Rodizio-style steakhouses where skewer-wielding gauchos carve simmering servings of meat tableside are everywhere these days. This churrascaria is a recent arrival on South Beach, but its Brazilian roots date all the way back to 1979. Dinner guests pay a flat price for the non-stop parade of 15 fire-roasted cuts of sirloin, beef ribs, lamb, pork ribs, and chicken. A lavish salad bar and side dishes like fried plantains and warm cheese bread rolls provide breaks in the carnivore feeding frenzy.
