Bo's makes moving day terrible! In reading many of the previous reviews, I see that several of us had the exact same experience. It goes something like this:

- Book far in advance and have very friendly customer service

- Moving day arrives

- 2 hours prior to scheduled time for movers to show up, you receive "the call"... the one that says that Bo's movers are NOT showing up. MISSY, the anti-customer service person, assures you that all is well because they hooked you up with J&Js moving

- You're skeptical and nervous, so you do a quick google search on J&Js. The result is an F rating on Better Business Bureau - based mainly on theft and poor customer service

- You return the call to MISSY, to say thanks but no thanks for the J&Js thing and ask to talk to the manager. She quickly becomes angry because she feels like she did you a favor and isn't apologetic at all. She confidently states that she is the one in charge and hangs up on your husband first and then you.

Our moving day actually turned into the next day, because no one will book you at 2pm on a Thursday. Our moving nightmare ended up well because a great company with an A+ BBB rating came through for us the next day - "On the Move" moving company.

The reason why I wanted to use a moving company was to make something stressful - moving - less stressful. If this is why you use a moving company, then don't use Bo's. You will be very, very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - their movers damaged my walls and furniture and the company refused to take responsibilty for the damage.

BE AWARE! Worst costumer service ever experienced. Do your research on them before using they have lots of bad remarks. They also have several different business names but they are all the same company. I found them on Craigslist which was probably my first mistake. If or WHEN they break your furniture they do not follow through with getting it fixed and will ignore your phone calls.

I needed movers last minute and they came thru for me. Bo's Moving Company showed up on time and got right to work. They really are a hardworking team. Thanks guys!

Beware! I was booked also by Missy for a 10am move I called and confirmed the night before and then again that morning. At 10 they called to say they were delayed and would be there in 2 hours, that came and went. When I called them back they said that they would definitively be here in 2 more hours. At 4pm they told me that they would not e ale to do it. We had been ready since before 10, had to be out that day or have to pay a late fee and we were stood up. They did not care, they stopped answering my phone calls at 3 pm and had to use someone else's phone which they promptly answered. Just BEWARE OF BO's DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

No response. Well, I wanted to hire a moving company. I filled out there online form PLUS I emailed them. No response. I can't use the phone while working but I have access to email. I had hoped to use them, as they have excellent reviews. Oh well.

Great experience. Picking a moving company blind is tough. We decided to do an in-town move with Bo's on New Year's Eve. Set up the move less than 48 hours before. Christopher and Jimmy busted their humps, arrived early, finished within half a day and did a great job. The customer service was really good with the movers and the office, and the rate was awesome. We had a terrible experience with All My Sons moving us from Knoxville to Nashville a few months before with hidden fees and the management trying to back out of their previous quotes. That move cost us about $2,000. Bo's was just the opposite. No games. No hidden fees. No truck fees or gas fees. It cost us $375 for the same amount of stuff. Chris and Jimmy worked a lot harder than any previous movers we have hired. Having moved a lot over the last few years, we have dealt with a number of movers. This was the best experience we have had by far. I would definitely recommend them.
