POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

WHEN I WALK IN , AND MADE A RESERVATION FOR TWO ROOMS, ONE NIGHT, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEED A CREDIT CARD, JUST TO PUT ON HOLD THE ROOMS, AND IF I DONT SHOW AT SOME SPECIFIC HOUR THAT SAME DAY, THEY WERE GOING TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION AT NO COST.
BUT INSTEAD OF THAT, BECAUSE I DONT SHOW, THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD FOR THE TWO ROOMS, SINCE THIS IS NO FAIR, THEY AGREE TO REINBURSHED JUST ONE ROOM RATE, SO THEY DID IT.
BUT I AM NOT COMPLETE SATISFIED BECAUSE I DIDNT USE THIS HOTEL FOR ANY NIGHT OR FOR ANY ROOM. SO IF YOU GO THERE PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT THE FRONT DESK PERSONS TELL YOU AND DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER LET THEM USE YOUR CARD FOR ANY ROOM HOLDING. BECAUSET NO MATTER WHAT, THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU, NO MATTER YOU DONT USE THIS HOTEL ROOM.
