Computer Repair Disappointing.
I've turned to the Geek Squad many times over the last couple years with various televisions, a home theater system and our outdoor stereo system.
I had a problem with my laptop and figured I'd had such good experiences with this company before that I'd turn to them with my computer problems as well.
Little did I know their computer abilities were not up to par.
With just a virus I wondered why it cost $260.00 to be repaired but didn't question it much considering the great help i'd had in the past.
After these guys has my laptop for close to a week, I got it back only to discover it still had the inital virus.
How does that happen?!
Upon reading online reviews I found a company called www.SecureRemoteSupport(dot)com who cared for all of my computer needs, quickly and affordably.
The service was outstanding and I'm glad I took a chance with them.
I will however be calling the Geeks when I run into TV troubles. :]…
