I used to take my rugs in to have them cleaned until I found out about their free pickup service. Now I can have my rugs cleaned and its so convenient to have them pickup my rug. Setting up appointments is very easy.

They are my regular carpet cleaning company. I have 3 dogs so I get really dirty carpets and having them on call is a blessing. Thanks guys.

I setup an appointment after getting their number from a neighbor whom was getting their carpet cleaned. They also cleaned my carpet. I'm a very satisfied customer.

We had them install our carpet. They had a super wide selection to choose from so we were very happy to finally decide on a color and pattern.

The installation was done well and we are satisfied.

We brought our Oriental rug in for repairs and after consulting with their technicians they assured us that they could fix our rug. When they returned our rug we were pleasantly surprised at how well they did the repairs. You could not find where the small holes had been. This was a perfect repair.

Our condo us fully carpeted and we need at least monthly cleaning of our carpet. For the past year or more we've had Flat Rate clean our carpet and they have consistently done a good job.

They keep our furniture showroom looking bright.. We have a custom furniture showroom that is mostly carpet and we like to keep it looking spotless. That's where flat rate comes in and takes care of our carpet for us. We have very regular appointments and I'm always pleased with their work.

Made my spilled wine disappear.. I have a fairly new carpet that I spilled wine on. Lucky for me the guys at Flat Rate are super good at what they do. I immediately called them to ask them what I could do to keep the stain from setting until they could come over. They gave me some advice and it worked. When they came over they were able to completely remove my wine stain.

My fabric furniture looks and smells so fresh now.. I have some old couches that I don't want to change but they were getting a little stained so my friend recommended flat rate. I setup and appointment and it was really easy to arrange. My furniture looks so great I plan on having this done more often to keep it looking and smelling this good.
