People say you get what you pay for. In the case of The Porch Company, you actually get much more. You get a design that "works", you get professionals that care about doing it right, you get a project that comes

in on time (except understandably when zero degree weather moves the calendar) and you get a finished product that exceeds expectations!

We received all that from The Porch Company and have never worked with a contractor that takes such pride and interest in making sure their customer is satisfied - from the design drawing to making sure every light bulb

works. We would be remiss if we did not single out Kim for her talent and carpentry skill, Dan for his oversight and personal touches to the project, and Audrey for keeping everything straight and even willing to put some

elbow grease into the project. The electrician, painters, and even those people we never saw behind the scenes all came together in a coordinated effort to make things happen appropriately. We, of course, love your design

which blends perfectly with the house and land and adds a new dimension to our living environment.

From beginning to end, we have been thrilled with your work and now have a unique porch to prove it. We would welcome you using us not only as a reference, but should you have a special client. and they would like to view our porch in person, we would welcome their visit.

We know you receive thanks and compliments all the time, so this is not a unique letter, but for us this was a very unique experience that surpassed what we had anticipated.

We sincerely appreciate the efforts and skill of The Porch Company and thank everyone who worked on our project for their contributions to enhance our home with such a wonderful addition.

Best Building Experience Ever!. First off, I want to say that I love my porch! It is my favorite part of my whole house! The rest of my house could blow away, and as long as I have my porch, I'm happy! I highly recommend the Porch Company. They truly are a pleasure to do business with. After working with a terrible contractor on a separate project, it makes me value the business practices of the Porch Co that much more! Truly a wonderful company to do business with. They build a quality product and stand behind their work.

Really Remarkable. I am amazed at how they were able to translate my words into a design that

captured absolutely everything in my head.

Their team is amazing. This was the simplest, purest project I have ever been

a part of. Really, it was so perfect because I did not have to be a part of

it at all! I have renovated three homes, and none of the headaches from past

experience repeated themselves with this project. Everyone involved was

meticulous, attentive to detail, and kindly courteous.

The Porch Company played a big part in completing my transformation into my new home.

Creative Design, Professional Multifaceted Company. From our first meeting Nancy took our ideas and ran with them and made our dream a reality. She considered every detail down to matching the outdoor arches and columns to the indoor ones. She accepted nothing but the best from her employees and they willingly gave it. When I asked for something to be done or changed the only answer I ever received was a yes. It was a pleasure to work with the construction crews and they were always courteous of our family and respectful of our home. Our project was started on time and finished on time and the site was cleaned up daily. We never had one problem. We have built homes and had other building projects in the past and we have never had one go as smoothly and turn out as beautifully as this one. The Porch Company was the only company I would ever want to build for me. In addition to our porch they did our brick courtyard, built our outdoor kitchen and designed our pool. It is worthy of a magazine cover.

Wonderful experience!. We wanted a porch. We needed a porch. But we didn't want to deal with building a porch!

The Porch Company far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Not only did they build a better product than we had anticipated, but they also did it in less time and with less inconvenience than we every could have imagined. The best compliment that I can leave is: my neighbors now have a big case of porch envy!

Having My Screened Porch Built Was The BEST Experience I've Ever Had With A Business. Do you ever go thru spells where you feel you just can't get anybody to do anything, no matter how much you pay them? Well, doing business with the Porch Company will restore your faith in mankind and in the concept that some people will do what they say they will do, when they said they would do it. And BEAUTIFULLY. Having my screened porch built is the best thing I've ever done, (to my house), and I can't say enough good things about the Porch Company. I just wonder where they find such talented, sweet people to work for them. I mean, I know they're out there of course, but they seem to have a corner on the market. I was actually sad when the carpenters finished and left, they were so nice. And my porch?...A work of art. Seriously. I always wanted a screened porch, but I never dreamed it would be this neat. Nancy did such a beautiful job designing it, and no detail is left un-thought-of. If you want to add something to your home that will make it better place to live, add value, and actually be a happy experience WHILE IT'S BEING BUILT, call the Porch Company. You cannot go wrong.
