Terrible service. Pushy, Rude & dishonest. Very nasty. Save yourself the trip & go somewhere else.

Vacuum service.
Brought my Eureka Oxygen vac to Marion's for a problem with the powerhead. They said it needed a new part. Think it was the neck part. I told them it was only 8 months old. I had to show my proof of purchase whic I did and they warrantied the part.
Vacuum works now. Very knowlegable with the vacuum and what part it needed.
Will recommend.

Never honored my warranty....Very rude. Went there to have a vaccum fixed, had a certified letter (from Eureka) stating that the warranty was good and still refused to fix my machine. Owner was very rude and just kept throwing in my face i didn't have a "proof of purchase". And because of this, let's just say that they are not a Certified Warranty/Service Station for Eureka anymore..
