Called Charron Tree for price. Came the same day. Beat 3 other estimates. Came on time. Guys were knowledgeable and good natured. Bought them lunch. Did a great job! Very satisfied.

I called for an estimate. I was surprised to get a human on the phone because I called at 8:15pm on a Tuesday night. Thought I would be leaving a message but the secretary answered. She set up appointment for next morning. I got a quote for the work at my house for almost $500 less than the other 2 quotes I received. So naturally I went with Charron Tree. They were also very forth coming with offering copies of insurance and references. Which surprised me because one of the other companies still has not sent me a copy after requesting 4 times. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my decision. They came out on that Friday and did a fantastic job!!! You can't even tell that anyone was here. Super professional and very reliable. This company was everything they said they were and more. Have already recommended to some of my neighbors!!!

Excellent Price with Excellent and Quick Service.
Great price, hard workers, and quick.
After my husband received a few quotes to remove 6 large trees from our front yard, we decided to go with Charron Tree. We received a GREAT price from friendly staff. 2 weeks later all trees were removed, with others trimmed, and yard was clean!
Excellent job and we would use them again.
All these other reviews about no call back, etc, need to understand how busy this company is. You honestly cannot drive down any street in the town of Bellingham or surrounding towns with out seeing a Charron Tree sign in someone's front yard. They are obviously doing something right!

DO NOT use this company. After reading the reviews on this site, and a few others I decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt and attempt to use their services. My husband and I got a VERY reasonable quote from a gentleman at Charron and since none of the negative reviews were about their actual work I called them and waited....they called me back the next day which I took to be a good sign and since i have a few questions for them regarding my quote the woman I spoke to said she would call me back in the next two days tops. Well, that never happened. I called them 2 days later and left a message...nothing. I waited 3 more days and called them back and basically told them they have 24 hours to get back to me or I was taking my business elsewhere. Well, I got a back right away on that message and I was told they could come and do my trees two days later which I accepted. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED!! I called them twice once on the day they didn't show up and once the next day to tell them not to bother. I have NEVER worked to shard to give someone my business before!! You would think in the economy they would embrace any and all business thrown their way but they just don't seem to care.

As I responded in the BBB website with this customer. She did not tell the entire business relationship as it transpired. She had her dates mixed up. She and her husband both were calling in and asking questions and scheduling the work. We had been talking to her husband and had a totally different experience with him. He is the one that set up date with us. She then called to confirm this date apparently not noting it properly. She stated she didnt want us on her property but when she was writing this review we has already done her work. So she was not being truthful which is not the purpose of these reviews. Her husband was extremley pleased with our work and apologized several times about his wife and her actions. (As I did discuss her negative writings on this site and other sites.)
So please to all of our potential valued customers, please do not believe everything you hear.

Strange company.... Perhaps they remove trees with the best of them, but I've got to agree with grayentropy below. Company cancelled first appointment (understandable) and rescheduled for next day. Nobody showed up. Called company to see if I had made a mistake, "receptionist" said owner would give me a call back, nobody ever called. I'm happy to give my money to someone else, but I wanted others to know about this company's service record.

We do reconize that prior to the year 2012 we were running short handed and under staffed. We have made some major over hauls this year including moving locations of office and office staff. I do pride myself in making my customers the top priority in any event. I have expanded my office hours as well as my appointments for estimates. If a situation arises that a customer can not meet me with in our appointment hours, we will do what ever we have to to accomodate their situation. Please allow us to show you our dedication and appreciation to each and every customer that calls or comes in. I assure you, you will not be dis-appointed.

Very Satisfied Customer. I did my homework; got the estimates and read the reviews on several local tree companies. I decided on Charron Tree Company. I called and left several messages just as grayentropy said in his review. I received no response and thought they were on vacation and could not understand the situation so my husband actually went to their office in Bellingham. Come to find out, their answering machine was broken. Well, consumers, Charron Tree Co. came on Saturday and did a fantastic job. Four men and three very large trucks came to my property and for five straight hours they cut, pruned to perfection, removed dead branches, ground stumps, and cleaned debris at a fraction of the cost of their competitors. I could not be happier. Charron Tree Co. is well worth the wait. The owner, Kevin, is fair and accommodating. Hire him to do your tree work and you will not be disappointed.

Worst service I ever experienced from a company.
Charron Tree's customer service is horific. We had to contact them on numerous occasions to update a quote . They never returned phone calls, and failed to show on their scheduled day (scheduled weeks in advanced). Once again they never contacted us and never returned our phone calls. It's like they went out of business. We had to go with another tree removal company and they set our late season pool install back a month.
Buyer beware. I can't believe that someone reccomended these guys to me.

This was when we had the hurricane. We were getting 200 calls a day. One person answering the phone. One person doing all the estimates on the storm damage. This is not our normal practice. Actually when 2012 came around we made some major changes. Please do not let this discourage you. Give us a call! You wont be sorry!

Fair price, hard workers, excellent cleanup.
We have used Charron Tree Service at our home for two different projects. In both cases, they assessed the job ahead of time, sent an adequate crew, very well equipped, and got the job done on time, and with great results. Every member of the crew works hard, and they never seem to waste any time. The team is well coordinated, and solidly trained. When the job was done, the team leader made sure that I looked around at the work to see if I noticed any problems, errors, or other issues. Only after he was sure I was satisfied did he ask for payment.
Charron will be welcome at our house any time we need this kind of work done. You should use them too. Keep a bunch of Iced Tea or Gatorade, or bottled water on ice for them. These guys work hard, and they deserve a little kindness. They really appreciate it too!

best priceing around. Charron's tree service is a great company made up of hard worker and a fair boss, they are dedicated to what they do and will work to the best of their abilities to get the job done as quickly as possible so they do not inconvience you.
