Great Massage

Went for a massage here and decided to get the Breathe Easy - Muscle Head and Sinus Soothing massage. I've never seen anything like this on a spa "menu". It was fantastic! The change in weather has been bothering my sinuses and muscles, and this cleared me right up. My masseuse was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable (this included steam shower and muscle soak massage) but I was surprised at how at ease I felt considering it was an extensive massage.

I will definitely be getting another one of these in a few months, and highly recommend to others!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

I would tell you to STAY AWAY! This place is over priced, and the staff is inexperienced, rude, and clueless on how to treat a customer. I was there for a cut. Just booking the appt was a hassel, and when I got there, I was treated w/coldness. Not the kind of expectation I had for a spa. I guess I should have read more reviews before going. So that's whay I'm writing one too. Not only were they cold, but the stylist I had seemed to be right out of school!! She was nice enough (as compared to the awful receptionists), but she was very unsure of herself, and didn't listen to me. And during my cut, the mgr came over to her, and took her away for a while. DURING my cut!! Unbelievably, bad-mannered. And when she came back she looked so sad, and no apologies from the mgr or supervisor or whatever she was. Save your $$ and time, and DON'T GO THERE!

Andrew Michaels Salon & Spa, RIP OFF!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Unfortunately, I went to this spa before reading the review here on City Search. I would have to agree big time with the 1 star comments. I booked a $90 facial and was charged $120 at the end for my services...when I questioned them they claimed I booked something other than what I had asked for...they claimed that what I received was more expensive but better. Still not the point! If they believed I needed something more than the esthetician should have told me about the cost increase but clearly this is how they make their money...BUYER BEWARE!!!
