Too late to be relevant

I wanted to treat my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary with a limo to dinner and a show. By the time the guy got to their house (blaming the regular Friday traffic on 128) it was too late to make the dinner reservations. Then he took multiple wrong turns claiming that he wasn't familiar with downtown Boston. Then he gunned it around corners tossing my elderly parents around the car. We were late for the show. No apologies; no refund for our inconvenience. What a waste of time. I should have driven them myself.

Never again

The driver, who arrived late, tried to tell us what we should do and how. My fiancee had very specific requests about when and how she would arrive and how we would get to the receotion. This bozo had all sorts of other ideas, frowned on the fact that we didn't have a receiving line, took a "short cut," wanted to drop us off at the front door (we had arranged to sneak in the back of the reception). He made my wife feel uncomfortable as he tried to "help" her. The guy gave us the heebie jeebies. They need to focus on arriving on time and showing up, staying out of the way and doing what they're told.

LATE LIARS DANGEROUS

Our driver was supposed to be there 12:30 to get the bridal party to church at 12:45 for 1PM wedding. We called week before to remind them about beach traffic. The driver arrived at 12:47, then took us to THE WRONG CHURCH. He was doing 50+ on narrow roads, passed cars across double yellow lines and left rubber when he skidded to avoid rear ending a car- 88 yr old grandma was thrown. We finally got to our church at 1:20 PM. After the ceremony, the driver was obtrusive, mingled with guests and was bold enough to kiss the bride as she exited the church. When we called the company to complain, the owner denied that the driver was late, drived recklessly or behaved in an unprofessional manner. A 20% tip is REQUIRED by contract. If you want to arrive safely and on time, call any other company.
