Who owns this place??. In the past I had a problem with this company. I attempted to speak to the owner multiple times, but he was never reachable. One would think that I was trying to reach the president of the US. Everytime I'd call they would tell me that he was busy and that I could leave a message. Well 10+ messages later, he never called. However he did have a woman call me back who did not want to hear me out. Now were going through court to try to get what is ours.…

Poor customer service. Terrible customer service. I called them and got into an argument with the woman who claimed to be a manager. Eventually I got hung up on after being belittled. I don't know who they think they are, but without customers they won't be in business.…

UNPROFESSIONAL!. I've been doing some research looking for a good locksmith company to have the locks changed on our house, and after reading all your reviews for Seacoast Lock & Safe, I have definitely decided to look ELSEWHERE. Do you realize how unprofessional you are making your company look by posting all these drama filled reviews?? Customers do NOT want to be reading about all your problems you have with former employees. In my opinion, if you are having so many problems w/employees, maybe it's something that YOU and your company is doing wrong, and not the employees...? When you continue to argue w/people through review ads it looks very immature, and again, very unprofessional- thus causing a potential customer like myself to turn away.…
