I made an appointment, and dropped off the car 8:00 in the morning. They said they would take a look at it but I hadn't heard by 4:00 in the afternoon, so I called to find out if the car was ready. They said nobody had even looked at it, and that they would not get to it that day. PROS: CONS: did not honor appointment

I have nothing but good report about Danvers Ford. I took my car in for a recall of the air bags, they have a lounche area with vending machine that is air conditioned and doesn't smell. They are pleasant individuals and explain the process of what they are going to do. They other thing I appreciated is the fact they give you an estimate of when your car is ready.
