Personal service. Went to Bonnell at recommendation of my son. I live in New Hampshire, but their personal attention and friendly feel makes it worth the drive. When I returned my lease, there were some issues, and the Bonnell staff handled them without any stress to me. They were great.

Worst in Winchester - BEWARE. Living in Winchester, I like to buy my car's local. I have purchase several autos here. Years ago this was the place to go for service. In the past 3 or 4 years there service is ABSOLUTELY the worst. Had my car in 3 times with no results. They are just trying to sell me things. Brought a 190. new battery and had it back in the next week because it was dead - after 3 visits, I have to take it elsewhere. Both my wife and teenage duaghter refuse to go there any further because of the attitide of the service staff.

Poor customer service. I brought my vehicle in for service two weeks ago for a recurring problem with the electrical system that had started prior to the expiration of the warranty. It's amazing that the problem wasn't found while the vehicle was under warranty, but as soon as it expired, Bonnell was able to find the issue and charge me several hundreds of dollars. The worst part, however, was the incredible rudeness of the receptionist at the service department, who I think is the owner's wife. At Bonnell Ford, the customer is definitely not #1, and is treated like #2. They DEFINITELY will not be getting my business, my family's business, or my friends' business ever again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I have been taking my car to Bonnell for service just for oil changes no problem then was having a problem and brought it in on 3 different occasions and they told me they couldnt find anything wrong until the warrenty was expired and I was using my extended warrenty they then found the problem wow! All of a sudden it was now found and guess what not covered on my extended warrenty big surprise!

They now wanted me to pay a few hundred dollars for the same problem I had brought my car in for several times while it should of been covered and now wasnt .

Come on what changed nothing it was the same exact thing!!!

Last time I go there! forget that it is close to home but not worth it!!
