Shotty and incomplete

I hired grasshopper irrigation this past summer for a medium size job at my residence in Reading. They came on the day that was scheduled and got right to work. The 2 Spanish employees said a quick hi and started working. After about 4 hrs I asked them if they wanted some water and they said no that there almost done. I really did'nt think about how long it would take for that size job and thought everything was good. In the fall as I was raking leaves I noticed pvc piping pertruding from the ground which happened to be my sprinkler line. I then checked all the work that was done and I noticed that there was several other spots including 10 ft section fully exposed behind the shed. I was also short on sprinkler heads that was in the estimate. NOT HAPPY

We had Dennis install our irrigation system in spring of 08', and the installation went perfectly. One call back for a sprinkler head adjustment was promptly performed, and the system works very well. They planned it for complete coverage and it exceeded my expectations.

My winter flush out and shut down was scheduled and performed promptly, and I expect nothing less this spring for flush out and start up.

My calls have always been returned within a reasonable time. Telephone staff have always been courteous and professional.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Installation was fine, but over the past two years the customer service has declined drastically---phone calls aren't returned within 24 hours, scheduled visits are hours late and if you call to ask if the technicians are still coming, you invariably get the answering service and no one calls you back!. When you finally do get through to the office and complain to the receptionist, she tells you that you can ttake your business elsewhere. Dennis will lose business if this continues....it is after all a service business and customers are the best reference.
