Great atmosphire, very relaxing experience

I received a mothers day gift certficate to this spa. I had been to their old location previously but not this new one. The new location is awesome, I found the womans steam room & locker room to be so relaxing and the massage rooms & therapist experience were awesome as well. Slightly lon the pricey side but a top quality experience and I will be going again.
- Pros: the women's steam shower (awesome) & locker/shower rooms as well
- Cons: It is a little on the pricey side for the area but worth the trip if you live in the area

Not bad for the location

I ususally go into Boston for my pedicures, but wanted to try someplace closer to home. I had an ok pedicure from a very nice woman. She was quiet and seemed a bit cool, not open to very much conversation. The pedicure was not one of the best I have ever had, but the spa was very clean and they took great precautions of sanitization, a nice comfort in these days of fungus scares. The price seemed a bit high for the location, and the extra cost for the glycolic treatment to get the dead skin off seemed extremely high I have had that treatment in the past as part of the price of a pedicure. I asked for a tour of the spa, but the technician said she was too busy and offered to find someone to show me around, that person never appeared. The receptionist seemed to be robotic in her job, not much personality and when I left the spa, I felt a bit like I wasn't sure what to do next, no one really guided me well enough as a first timer.
- Pros: The spa is beautiful
