I just moved to Boston and had disappointing experiences at two highly-recommended Boston salons -- nothing horrifying, just nothing spectactular. I was in search of spectacular, and I found it with Kerri at Salon Laura Michaels.
The salon is fantastic-- no presssure and over priced products and high prices here ( bonus and you dont have to pay to park! ) Kerri makes magic with foils and scissors, She spent a ton of time with me... I got perfect highlights -- no artificial platinum, brassy gold or drab ash tones -- and at my request my boring, mid-length hair was transformed via a very stylish, versatile, shoulder length cut. The prices were affordable and I couldn't be happier with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kerri and I will be back for sure!

I have been getting my haircut in Boston for about 10 years with great cuts, but lacking convenience for traveling since I moved to Wilmington, MA. I read all the great reviews about Salon Laura Michaels and decided to give it a try. I had an appointment set up with Cindy. I never left a salon so satisfied in my life! I told her to do what she wanted as she was the expert, and she gave me the best haircut I ever had! I can't wait to go back and get some highlights from her. She is simply the best with such a wonderful down to earth personality. I can't thank her enough. Will never go elsewhere!! Thank You Salon Laura Michaels!! You deserve the Best of Boston Award!!

I have been seeing Laura for over 10 years now and I have to say is she is outstanding! I am in my late 20`s and need to stay up to date with color and the latest styles and Laura has done that for me ... I just love her, not only is she an outstanding hairdresser but a great person to talk to ...
