Great Servce!.
I have only lived in the area for about a year, and was reccommended to Ray's by several co-workers.
I was having some issues with my car making an kind of thumping sound and I called to explain & set up an appointment, the person I spoke to on the phone (Mike I believe) was very polite and set me up for an appointment for the next day.
I came in about a half hour before my appointment, and I was still not made to wait very long. I was acknowledged each time an employee came into to the room to make sure I had been helped. They took my car for a testride, and explained to me exactly what was wrong (I have not so good tires, that I hadn't purchased there). Ray himself told me what it was and didn't even charge me for looking at my car!
Great shop, great service, I would reccommend them to anyone, and I will be going back there for any future service needs for my car.

He is a thief avoid him..
There are two incidents. First, I took my van to fix the belt which had sliped. He suggested to install a cap or something like that and new belt, to prevent it from sliping in future. He charged $160+. After a few days when I looked at the engine, there was old belt and no cap or whatever he said. When I checked with him, he said may be the cap was loose and fell off and the belt gets easily dirty soon cannot make out if its new or old. And wnated to charge me with extra $$$ to fit in that cap or whatever it was and the belt. He mounted the old belt and no extra protection cap to avod it slip in future and charged me for nothing. He is a thief.
So iwanted to test this guy, Second time, my car had a sensor issue. Took it to him and asked for a estimate. He called me and said its $250 and he fixed it. On asking him whay is that, say speaks rude and threatnes to pull out some more stuff and return my car. He is a thief avoid him
