Drum Hill Ford

Worst customer service in greater lowell. I am not satisfied in the least. We went to Drum Hill for many reasons. First we had heard wonderful, glowing reports from satisfied customers. Second, location of the dealership, it's in close proximitaty to our home. They were great when we gave them our used SUV, our cash and signed our loan. However that's it, once that was done, they came up with every excuse not to give us our "new" car. First it was, we just need to check it, they "oh, a sensor is gone" , then come in and your car will be ready (one hour with 3 kids in their showroom and not a simple -sorry it's not ready), then come back tomorrow -here's a loaner, oh come back after the weekend...5 days later still no new car. They never call us back and when they do that is when we find out it's still not ready. The general manager Steve, "shh'd" me in the showroom when I attempted to explain how unhappy I was. I would not reccomend them to anyone. Walk before you buy a car from them…
