Caring doctors

Dr. Ober is really great. She takes the time to sit on the floor with your kids and actually talk to them and not just about them to the parents. She is kind and thoughtful. The two other doctors she currently has working with her are also very nice. My children have been patients there for over 6 years. She has had a change over of clerical staff and assistants and the current ones are much more professional and courteous to the patients that the previous ones.

• Pros: Doctor Ober is great.
• Cons: Sometimes a long wait.

Professional doctors non professional medical assistants.

This clinic has been seeing my daughter since birth, she is 5 months old. I must say majority of the medical assistants and secretary are rude and vulgar. Medical assistants even bad talk the doctors they work for. I can't complain about the doctors they are really good, they need to get rid of their current staff.

• Pros: The doctors seem to really care about the patients.
• Cons: The office staff are terrible.

Avoid this place

The staff was very unprofessional, like a beauty salon, discussing adult items out in the open around the children. While we waited for my son's results in a room we could overhear private medical information about many of the patients being discussed in front of other patients. And the nurses were cursing in Spanish about the patients. They must have thought because I'm white I don't speak Spanish.

This place might be ok for Lawrence but this kind of behavior doesn't fly in Andover.

• Pros: If you were dying, the doctors might be competant enough to help
• Cons: The nurses who spend the majority of the time with the kids are unprofessional
