“Bad service!”

Terrible food and atmosphere. Very bland or over salted. Take your pick, either way, you lose. Cold, noisy and cramped seating makes you want to leave before ordering. I won't be back.

Bad service, Bad meal, shame for North Andover!!!. My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for lunch one day. We love the plaza that this place located at especially Butcher Boy and Lobster tale which are located right next to it. Nobody approached us as we came in, so after waiting about 10 minutes, we decided just sit at the bar. Bartender didn't approach us for about 20 minutes, without exaggerating!!! Bread was nice and soft, but no butter, no dip comes with it, just nice and warm dry bread. My husband ordered veal parmesan sandwich and was very disappointed. Veal was tasteless and dry. Lean Cuisine makes it better. No fries, no slaw came with it. I ordered salad with salmon. Salad consisted from lettuce and deep fried salmon with not enough of dressing. Also, bartender never came up and asked us how everything was. Bad service!! After we were ready to leave, it took another 20 minutes for him to actually notice us and gave us our check. Not recommended.

Excellent Italian fare!. I have been to Orzo's about 3/4 times now. This is really really great Italian food in this area! Especially the prosciutto ham dishes are just mmmmouth watering! Ask for just the proscitto ham as a side dish! Very courteous, friendly, and attentive staff. Although being popular, it is quite crowded on weeknights and weekends as well. If you are looking to take your date for a romantic quiet evening this is NOT the place... but if you are looking for a nice time with family and some good food .... THIS IS IT! Make sure you reserve at least three hours in advance...
