Standard Dunkin products, poor location. Although this is located right off the Route 93 ramp in Methuen, the drive-thru and parking lot was so poorly designed that it takes a very long time to get your order. You can't park, because the drive thru line either won't let you IN or they won't let you OUT! If you go during a quiet time, the shop is just fine. They also try hard in this snowy climate to keep up with the mud, and snow and water, but don't expect constant floor cleanliness. They also have a limited amount of donuts, so if you have a favorite "unusual" one, you'd better get there early.
