From the second we walked in, everyone was so helpful and informative about what would be done. We initially came in for a $30k checkup, but Susan let us know we had already had it done last year, which saved us some money.

Wilson was awesome to work with from beginning to end. He was very thorough and professional and wasn't afraid to share his opinion about the Honda Accord I chose, which I respected. Overall a great experience and would go back as well as recommend.

Best customer service! I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing another vehicle after having had a bad experience elsewhere, but the staff at commonwealth motors was polite, caring, and attentive. I left that day with a Toyota Yaris and it drives amazing. Great purchase! BTW I worked with Victor, he was amazing as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our service at Commonwealth with Anthony Vancini (sales) and Karen Pelletier (finance) could not have gone any better. We were in a new car in a day and are tickled pink to be driving a beautiful 2013 Civic. The attention to detail at the dealership was awesome down to the cookies and candy for our 9 year old. This was our first trip to commonwealth Honda, but it certainly not be our last. SHOP THEM FIRST and don't bother with the others!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed working with Wilson Ramirez at Commonwealth Honda. Aside from being quite possibly the happiest person I've ever met, he was attentive, knowledgable, and took the time to explain all of my options and worked to find the best fit for me. I originally went to Commonwealth to look at a Certified Used car, but when I was still uncertain about committing to the purchase, Wilson took the time to explain a lease option to me, and why it would be a better fit. He was straightforward, and I am confident he worked on my behalf to get me the best deal possible. The best part was there was no pressure- it literally took me 3 weeks to make a decision- and all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The showroom was clean and organized, and Wilson even took the time to give me a tour of their service facilities and rates. I highly recommend working with Wilson Ramirez at Commonwealth whether you're in the market for a new or used car- I drove all the way from Gloucester to Lawrence and it was well worth the trip!

Commonwealth Motors was extremely helpful when searching for my new car. I ended up Leasing a 2013 Jetta because of the knowledgable staff and Josh was a great salesperson. Josh was very informative and helpful, made car searching just a little less stressful.

I looked around quite a bit for my 2013 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X 6 speed manual. I received quotes from several dealers both on the buy back of my old car and the purchase of the new truck. After performing all my research and geared to buy my new Nissan, I decided to call Commonwealth per their shop us last slogan. Not only did they meet the price I was offered on my previous vehicle, but they beat the best price on the new vehicle! Upon arrival to confirm the deal, there was zero haggling and everything was as promised. Delivery of the vehicle took a little longer than expected, but understood since the vehicle came through a dealer swap and add on parts took a while for delivery. I would gladly buy a vehicle from this dealer again and their employees. Both Mark (Sales) and Bobby(Manager) were a huge help to me and kept annoyances to a minimum.
