Organic products are used whenever possible and Red Fish won't purchase any ocean fish in danger of decline. Get your fish prepared in 3 different styles. Herb butter and grilled lemon; Mediterranean-style, with a lovely tomato broth; and tasty Peruvian-style with shiitake mushrooms and green onions. You also can't go wrong with any of the daily fish specials here. Some of the composed dishes are less healthy, but full of flavor. In Short – This seafood restaurant, sharply decked out in redwood and white curtains, has been reeled into Simi Valley courtesy of the group behind Spark Woodfire Grill. Diners can start by ordering from the raw seafood bar or selecting from hot options, including fried calamari or steamed clams. While dishes like mesquite-grilled organic salmon with pomegranate glaze, seared diver sea scallops with bacon and other seafood selections make up the majority of the main courses, the restaurant also serves pork and lamb chops among other meaty options. New name, good food

This restaurant recently changed its name to SparksRedFish. I was told that this was to revitalize slow patronage. They have lowered their prices, changed their menu a bit, but it ia otherwise a delicious, enjoyable experience. Give it a try.
What an amazing experience!

My husband and I went here on a much needed date night snd we discovered our new favorite restaurant! My husband had a filet and lobster dinner for 38 dollars with a side! I had the blue crab stuffed shrimp and it was to die for. Our service was great with Deanna, she took really good care of us and was very knowledgeable. Our seats were really comfortable. There was also live music! They had a extensive and inexpensive wine list with something for everyone. I had no room for desert but ill be back!
- Pros: Great food! Great service! Great Price!

The seafood chili tastes so much like beef chili, it's almost a waste of the delicate fish. The filet mignon and prime rib chop are aged for tenderness and a great, strong taste.
