Great Pizza

I spent the first 18 years of my life in a town in NJ with a predominantly Italian population. We practically had a pizza place on every block. The only thing I miss about NJ is the pizza. Unfortunately New Hampshire does not know what "real" pizza is. I used to say "the best pizza I found in NH came from the supermarket freezer". That all changed about 3 years ago when someone took me to Sals in Manchester. Just like the old neighborhood! Real crust with crunch when you bite into it. Real mozzarella, not mixed with chedder lake so many places up here. And an honest to goodness real pizza oven, not a hot conveyor belt. One suggestion. Did you ever think of using chopped clams as a topping? Outta this world! I travel 43 miles one way for Sals Pizza. But its alot closer then New Jersey.

I could eat this by the pie! always fresh, always the same. I never have to worry about coming in to a different twist to the sauce or cheese blend always the same always great!! You can order by the slice or the pie. Slices are actually 2 slices (1/4 of the pizza) and its about 2 bucks for cheese. Great value. Makes me feel like im home in NY again!
