Just plan Awful!!!

We had a saleman from Climate Design come over to give a an estimate on replacing our old AC unit.
The saleman/HVAC guy had No clue what he was doing.First of all he didn't even caulate the heat loss.
Tell us we need to upgrade our electrical system(which is fine).He didn't even know that our orginnal units
were undersized.He was trying to sell equiment that we didn't even need.But most of all he didn't even take
his diry muddy shoes off. They may be good at something I just don't know what. There was noway I was hiring them.
