I am not a medical, nutritional or diabetics expert. This is just sharing my experience.
We celebrated my husband's birthday and served Shaw's Ice Cream and Sherbert. I ate it that day (8oz) and for the next few days for dessert after lunch and dinner. It did not effect my sugar level, even when I ate it after dinner. I did not eat it after 7:00pm. Therefore, I cannot say what my sugar level would have been at 10:00pm, if I did. The first thing that I noticed with the first spoonful, was that it was not as sweet as the ice creams purchased in other stores, supermarkets and ice cram parlors.
