Good at ways of extracting money, not so much in providing c

Dr. Papapetros and his stuff are quite honest: they are open about the fact that their main - and only - purpose is to make as much money as they can. The actual care and patient's wellbeing are secondary.
Few things can make them more happy than prescribing unnecessary procedures. And if a patient dares to question their necessity, it is made quite clear to him that there are enough of other patients who would provide the necessary money flow without being too inquisitive.
