Exceptional service

Being extremely particular has made it hard to find a good tailor. Heidi does an excellent job on all of my clothes from tailoring a shirt on down to a slight tug on my jacket. If anything feels wrong after she has worked on a piece she will gladly work on it again for me.

Overall I would highly recommend Andover Tailoring to anyone wishing to have perfectly fitted clothing that you wear and does not wear you.

The WORST service

I had gone to this shop several times with mixed results. The last time I went, the simple pair of pants I wanted hemmed came back too short and the lining was cut 3 inches for some reason. The pants were ruined. Another pair of pants I needed taken in and had to bring them back to the shop twice (after paying for alterations) because the alterations were a mess (not even) and just simply not done correctly. It looked like someone in sewing class in junior high school had worked on them. I finally demanded my money back. This shop does not provide professional service.

They are really the best tailors around

Andover Tailoring has the best service and prices around. They only focus on tailoring and dont try to sell you other items like cloths or services. They get the work done fast and on-time. The prices have not gone up in years and they have upgraded the store - it looks great! I would highly recommend them for most any tailoring work needed. My whole family has used them for years. I recently brought in some "old" cloths and they fixed them up for me and it was much less than buying new cloths.

The best price in town. A pant hem is only $10 and the other tailors charge $4-5 more!

Very talented and great work. They are really fast too. My mom has been going to Andover Tailoring for over 20 years - thats how I know about them. If Mom approves they have to be good!

Best Tailor in the Andover area

We have had several excellent experiences with Andover Tailoring. The reason we went to them is because the other tailors in town could not do (or would not do) some difficult alterations. My wife loves the fact that all of the tailors are women. She will never use anyone else and neither will I! She likes the fact that they understand the female body and can relate to female details. We think they are great!

• Cons: Parking is a problem in downtown
