great staff. Unreal customer service! I was referred to WFAB by 128 Volvo for my 07 s40 after being rearended. The damage didn't look like much, but once they took my car apart there was more front/rear damage than they expected. The repairs took 4 weeks to complete (combination of the actual repair work & dealing with insurance assessors). Usually this would be a HUGE issue, but I was given a '10 Toyota Camry to drive and completely updated on every step of the repairs. The WFAB website is great. You can track your car's repair process so you know exactly what they are doing to your vehicle (photos & email alerts). My car was given back to me fully detailed and looking just as great as the day I bought it. The inside/outside were sparkling! Jim, Star, and all the other reps were always pleasant & helpful on the phone and in person.…
