HORRIBLE PLACE! AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED!

HAD MY CAR REPAIRED HERE IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR, THINGS WERE OK IN THE BEGINNING. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I FINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK 3WEEKS LATER, AND THE JOB THEY DID WAS HORRIBLE! I COULD SEE THE PAINT JOB, THE DENT WAS STILL THERE, IT WAS HORRIBLE! TRIED TO HAVE IT RESOLVED BUT NOTHING CAME OF IT! THEM OVER A MONTH LATER THE GENERAL MANAGER CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT OVER 1500.00 DOLLARS FOR SOMETHING THAT MY INSURANCE CO. WAS PAYING THEM FOR! I TOLD HER TO TAKE IT OFF IMMEDIATLY BECAUSE IT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED! WE NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO USE OUR ACCOUNT FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT THE DEDUCTABLE WHICH WAS 100.00 DOLLARS!!!! SO THE UNLAWFULLY USED MY INFORMATION NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, AND THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULDN'T SPEAK TO ME , AND LITERALLY TOLD ME TO F**K OFF, AND HUNG UP ON ME. THIS WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER. SO THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEY FORGED MY SIGNATURE TWICE TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!! THEY ARE NOW GOING TO TAKEN TO COURT NOT ONLY BY ME BUT ALSO MY BANK! SO AVOID THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE OF ANY KIND! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU AND YOUR INFORMATION FORGED.

They stand behind an outstanding lifetime warranty

Five years ago, WFAB restored my Camry after a collision with a deer. I noticed a few weeks ago that one of the door panels (a genuine Toyota OEM part) was starting to corrode. I brought the car into WFAB and they took full responsibility. They did a beautiful job installing and finishing a new panel and gave me a loaner at no charge while they did the work. They even cleaned the car nicely after the work was done. The fellow I worked with was Jim Cooper, a total professional and all around good guy.
One thing you should be aware of: the shop is cleaner than Lahey Clinic. If you're expecting a typical grimy body shop with a mangy dog, you'll be shocked.

Terrible!!!

They overcharged me by $400 and would not give me a detailed invoice of the charges. Avoid this place! They are expensive and slow
