Best Salon in Greater Boston. I have been going to the Paul Kenneth salon for > 3 years and every time I come, I am treated special. Everyone is super friendly and they always have great ideas and suggestions for new styles, colors, etc. I have a hard time making up my mind about hair and nail color and all the stylists are patient and creative with their suggestions. The salon is clean and the owner is frequently walking around chatting to patrons to check on their service. Also, they have fun deals and often have discount services. In addition to hair, they have other great services - including shellack for nails and eyebrow threading etc. I have never been dissatisfied. I always leave feeling beautiful and relaxed. My Favorite Place. I have been coming to Paul Kenneth Salon for a little over 9 months now. I typically don't like to venture very far out of my comfort zone, but Paul Kenneth Salon was highly recommended online so I decided to give them a try. I have been so happy with my services at Paul Kenneth Salon. Nina creates beautiful color everytime, and Julie keeps my nails and skin looking beautiful. Everyone at PK treats me so wonderful, and I feel like I am visiting my family. All the staff if extremely knowledgeable about "all things beauty".

The best Salon in Greater Boston. I have been to many of the best salons on Newbury Street in Boston, but I didn't find the combination of excellent service and talent that I enjoy at Paul Kenneth's Hair Coloring Salon. I went for the first time this past summer and Kat cut my hair for me as part of the Locks of Love program. From the moment I walked into this amazing salon, I felt very well cared for. The front desk staff (who are friendly, helpful and make you feel...well, treasured), the lovely staff who shampoo my hair and give me a relaxing scalp massage, Kat my talented stylist and of course Jackie and Paul who gave me the makeover that changed my life...literally. I do not kid you when I say that I am now stopped in the street and complimented on my hair cut, style and color. I feel beautiful (and it is super easy to maintain!). Thank you!…

Was Treated like a Celebrity. For most of my adult life, I have been "salon hopping". I have had some amazing color and haircuts done, yet I never was a loyal client to these salons. I have been to the "Best of Boston" award winning salons, and I have to say the environment was sterile and unwelcoming. They made me feel like I was just another client on there're very busy schedule, and they did the most minimal amount of work on me, and then charged me hundreds of dollars....five weeks later I was searching for another salon. That is when I was on google one evening decided to go out of the city and try the Paul Kenneth Salon.

When I initially called, the receptionist answered the phone "It is a great day at the Paul Kenneth Salon", who says that??? It was so wonderful. When I scheduled my appointent the receptionist had a "mini" consultation with me (considering I was a new client) and decided that I see a senior stylist. She said that from what she has heard from me, she would recommend Jen as the stylist to see. She also mentioned all the services they provide. I hung up the phone very pleased and excited about the appointment.

On my appointment day, I was greeted not only by the stylish and very friendly front desk staff, I aslo noticed that they had written a welcoming note on a chalk board with my name on it.! It made me feel special. I noticed the salon was not decorated in a minimal, modern way that I was so use to seeing in Boston, but yet it was comfortable and there were posters with faboulous hair styles done by the Paul Kenneth Salon all over the salon. As I was sitting in the waiting area my coat was taken by a staff member and I was offered a beverage,

My stylist Jen came over to get me, and we had a very in depth consultation about ME! and what I expected. from my time here. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was the only client she had all day. My shampoo from a junior stylist was basically a head massage from heaven! My color and haircut were perfect! I was also given a complimentary make-up application!

As I was checking out, and obviously making my appointment to return to this fabulous place, Paul Kenneth himselft came over to be a complimented me on my color and haircut!

Since this wonderful first appointment, I have received the same level of customer service and outstanding technical work from muliple staff members. They truely love what they do everyday and respect each others work. Thank you PK Salon for making me feel beautiful and special!…
