Great place; great people. I have been to Cooper's several times now and have purchased a number of great pieces. I also had my wedding bands sized...and resized... then fused... the staff is always patient and courteous. I NEVER feel that welcome in a mainstream chain store. I will continue to take my business to Cooper's as long as they'll have me.
Perfect!. I just made the major decision to get married and being your stereotypical male I had no idea what I was doing. I did some recon work to find out what kind of ring she would love and went on my search. I went to every place in the area and it seemed like they either didn't have what I wanted or they were trying to play me for a fool for a "bigger and better" ring. My friend had recommended Coopers and I gave it a whirl. I met Marci. She took the time to just listen to what I wanted and spent what seemed like no time at all to show me the ring setting and stone I was looking for. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect. Those are not just my words but those of my new fiance. I cannot recommend Coopers enough. Just wonderful
WONDERFUL. This jewelry store is the best jewelry store bar none! They really got to know me so that whenever I go in they always have a piece to show me that I always fall in love with. They really know what I like! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and if they don’t have something they will get it or have it made special for you. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you are looking for beautiful jewelry, unique pieces and great prices – you can’t beat Coopers!
Best for service and quality. I have been a customer for over 25 years. The staff has been nothing but helpful and fun. They are not on comission and it shows because there is never any pressure nor do you feel rushed. Design and repair work is outstanding. I would never trust my jewelry to anyone else.
Been a Family Favorite for Years. My family has been shopping there for many years, Always a pleasure.
THEY RUINED MY WATCH !!!. This was my second time coming to this jewelery store. I had purchased a wedding band there the first time. Then I dropped off an expensive watch to be repaired. I was told it would be $30. A few minutes later, I was told it could possibly be an extra $20 because of the way the watch was made. I asked them to call me if it was. I never received a phone call. They called me to tell me that my watch was ready and I asked how much it would be and they replied $30. I show up and its $50. Not only did they charge me that $20 the face of my watch was scratched up. I said something and their reply was oh. They didn't care!! They called me up after and left a message that they would fix it for free. I already paid them an extra $20, how is that free? What condition will I receive my watch in if I send it back to them? All the diamonds would probably go missing. Never ever going there again. Can't even be bothered to call them back. Oh, and my battery is dead.
Rude employees. The store seemed to have nice items for sale, however the employees were very rude. Two of the ladies were too involved in their own (personal, not business) discussion to even acknowledge me. By the way, I am a 40 year old professional woman -- not some young girl -- it should have been obvious to them that I had buying potential. I will go elsewhere.
Very unfriendly staff. I'd stay away from this local jeweler. The reception I received was unfriendly, and the service was poor. I requested the estimated value on heirloom in my possession--a service I know some jewelers offer--and I was met with cold stares and basically told that nothing is for free. While they probably think that is good business sense, I say it's bad business. I was a potential customer who works in the same town. If they had treated me well, that could have resulted in thousands of dollars in future revenue for the store. Now, that potential is gone. Good going, ladies. I like to give my business to local stores, and the only thing I expect in return friendly service. Now, I'll seek that at another jeweler.
Poor Quality Control. Recently had a piece of Jewlery made, nothing to fancy, for a love ones Birthday. Upon inspection of the piece, found it to be of poor quality. I couldn't give it to anyone , Coopers acknowledged thier mistakes and said they work expidite manufacturing a new piece, I have yet to recieve, and the persons Birthday has passed. The actual cost of the piece was $600.00 and I couldn't believe all the imperfections in the craftsmanship.
