In Short – With its Mexican-inspired pottery and Adobe colors, On the Border attempts to provide its patrons with a reasonably authentic environment in which to enjoy their sizzling fajitas and lethal margaritas. Popular with local families, the dining area often fills up with kid-supplied noise. Reliable if not unique, the menu is anchored with slight twists on time-tested favorites, such as guacamole (prepared fresh tableside), jalapeno BBQ ribs and fish tacos made with Dos XX beer.

I'm surprised to see this restaurant compared to The Border Cafe. In my opinion, they are world's apart, with On the Border being so much better! The food is flavorful, the salsa tastes fresh, the service was wonderful. It was just a great experience overall.
- Pros: Great food, great drinks
- Cons: Gets noisy and crowded on the weekends

I'm from California and have had truly delicous authentic Mexican food....so it's hard to eat Mexican anywhere else. This is a great place for appetizers and drinks...a great place to meet after work. Good margaritas....definitely try the Sangria Margarita...very yummy. Can get very busy there!
- Pros: Good for groups, Happeing place
- Cons: Crowded
Most delicious Mexican I've ever had

OTB is my absolute favorite restaurant! I dine there atleast once per week. OTB has the BEST Chicken Flautas, Chicken Fajitas, and Salsa (you name it!) of any restaurant. The menu is large and detailed - there is something here for everyone! The portions are huge and I always have leftovers. Also, the atmosphere inside is unique, cultural, friendly, and deliciously aromatic. I just can't get enough of their food, and OTB is always my first choice when deciding where to eat. I gurantee that anyone and everyone will love it. You should expect a wait on Friday-Sunday nights, as it gets very busy!
- Pros: the BEST Mexican food, atmosphere, menu size
