Second time customer with Newpro. Renovated my home in 1991 using Newpro windows. I selected Newpro for two reasons....product and staff. My windows are 21 years and still work as well as the first
today they were installed.
Went to the Rhode Island Home Show and saw the Newpro display of the new walk-in tub. Within four days I was sitting with Newpro signing the purchase agreement.

We love our windows!.
We replaced all 12 of our windows with Newpro over a span of several years. We finally replaced the last two, (delayed because one of the windows was behind a heavy desk we didn't want to move until
now, when we replaced it). We wouldn't have chosen to have any windows replaced in the winter, but he got each window in and out so fast the house didn't go down even a degree while the heat was off.
The windows are all beautiful, but what's best is that now there are no more drafts! My husband, whose desk is in front of the window, noticed the difference immediately.

Over the years, we have changed most of our windows with a variety of success. The improvements always added to the esthetics but the thermodynamics were never the quantum leap we were hoping to
attain.
A couple of years ago, we came to the realization that a better solution was needed. We called NewPro and had them in for a demonstration of their products. After Ryan Spar demonstrated NewPro's design, we felt we were looking at the desired solution. We had NewPro replace the remaining 'builder's windows' that we had not replaced along with a slider to the deck I had installed 30 years ago. The regulation of the ambient temperature in the rooms with the new windows improved that winter, enough so that the following summer we had NewPro replace two large bay windows and a door. Installation was timely and efficient, performed by professionals that listened to our every concern.
The gas company, in their monthly statement, provided relevant hard data comparing our gas usage with neighboring households. Prior to installation, while we were ahead of the most neighbors, we were behind the most efficient households in gas usage.
After installation, our gas usage improved and we now lead the most efficient households. We have, at last, attained our quantum leap. Now we are going to have the side entry door replaced and didn't even think about using another company. We called Brad Thompson at NewPro.…
