Outrageous Tulips Ever!!.
Dear Frugal Flowers,
There are hundreds of floral shops to choose from therefore I wanted the best floral arrangement for my money. After a few days of searching the web I came across your website. I found the "Razzle-Dazzle Tulip arrangement" and they "looked stunning." However, I wasn't convinced this was "the one." I continued my search and came up empty handed. When I saw those incredible tulips again I knew I had to order them for my sister (her favorite flower.)
The next day she called (a few times), texted me (twice), even sent me a picture of the arrangement (I have three pictures in all.) She stated, "They are perfectly beautiful!" She'd never seen an arrangement as stunning as this. I can't thank you enough for helping me put a smile back in my sister's heart.
That is the most I've ever spent on flowers but it was 200% worth every penny. A picture of the flowers is now her cell phone screen saver. The picture of the floral arrangement from your website vs the picture she took of the arrangement delivered is not the exact arrangement but my sister and I like nothing but the best! So, for her to go on and on about how outrageously astonishing they are, they must be the best and therefore you are too!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE MERCHANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Do not buy from these merchant!!!!! I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my daughter to be delivered to her and they send a funeral like arrangement. When I called to try to solve the situation they told me they couldn't help me because it passed 7 days. Customer service for these company is nothing. they just want to make money @ your expenses!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE MERCHANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
The Frugal Flower: Frugal at its Customers' Expense.
I paid $60 (+$15 1800flowers fee) for an arrangement of roses, lilies, carnations, and some pink and purple daisy-like flowers as advertised on 1800flowers for my wife this past Mother’s Day. The
Frugal Flower sent me an arrangement with 15 daisy-like flowers and 4 roses (I counted). My daughter asked me if I got them at the grocery store. Some of the smaller, filler-type flowers were dying, brown, and droopy. I buy my wife flowers approximately 10 times per year. Based upon my experience, the Frugal Flower provides poor quality for the money you pay.
Customer service is very poor too. I called to express my dissatisfaction; the manager, Craig, told me that he was positive I got my money's worth. He said I should expect only a $45 arrangement if I pay $75 online because the Frugal Flower also charges a $15 fee (in addition to the 1800flowers $15 fee). Despite Craig's badmouthing of 1800flowers, 1800flowers arranged to have another florist deliver better flowers.…
